Enchanting Breeze

I’m kind of obsessing over this whimsical paper garland by MaraMay. It would be equally cool for a unique wedding celebration as it would for a children’s birthday party.

Cable and Cotton

My new favorite décor item: colorful string lights from Cable and Cotton. You can choose from their pre-selected color combinations or even create your own, completely unique mix. via You Are My Fave

Wedding Beer

These beer labels by Wesley Schauble may not be so timely, but they are pretty darn cool.

A Dramatic Table Accessory

I am in love with these beautifully crafted hand-blown glass jars by Elizabeth Lyons Glass. I have no idea how much they cost, though judging from the quality I’d assume they’re probably pretty expensive. But, if money were no object, wouldn’t they make an amazing tablescape? I want one in every color.

Wedding Seating Chart

Figuring out our seating chart and table numbers is one of our DIY projects we need to tackle soon. I really like the idea of doing some sort of oversized poster as opposed to escort cards. So this unique example caught my eye on a recent browse through Bēhance.

Chalkboard Speech Bubble

To put it mildly, I am really not a fan of the whole mustache trend. I realize this may make me unpopular, but I just can’t wrap my head around why people love it so much.  So needless to say, our photo booth props will not include mustaches on sticks. I have, however, been keeping my eyes open for other […]

What can I do with these?

They are too cute. And so is the whole store, for that matter. If not for wedding décor, maybe for some of the gift packaging? I’m determined to find some use. All images from the Gilded Bee. Clockwise from top left: Canary Rose, Spearmint Poppies, Bright Pink/White Daffodils, Turquoise Daisies

4 Month Check-In

As you can tell I’ve been crazy busy lately, as posting has been extremely light. Much lighter than I’d prefer. We passed the four month mark this week and still have a million things to do. Here’s where we are on our unfinished stuff from last month: Find a spot for the rehearsal dinner (almost booked) Book and […]

Ceramic Bows

I have no idea what I would do with these ceramic and wood veneer bows by Christine Buckton Tillman, but I want one in every color. via Where the Lovely Things Are

Flores del Sol

If you’re looking for unique table décor for your wedding, Flores del Sol’s arrangements may be an option. All of her creations are made with professionally preserved flowers and moss, so they would last long after the reception. Another plus. There are new designs on the way, so you can also follow her blog to […]
